We’re excited to announce the launch of ReSeed’s first cohort.
Cohort One includes eight partnerships with operators focused on acquiring sub-institutional multifamily assets in 19 geographically diverse markets across the US. Selected from more than 650 applications, each operating partner possesses deep expertise in their local market, along with the focus and drive required to build a portfolio of durable, high-quality assets that we intend to hold long term.
Our partnerships with Cohort One commenced in August with Launch Week in Boulder, CO, and we are now actively evaluating opportunities that meet the ReSeed investment criteria.
